This week I made Red Velvet Cake Cookies. They were really easy and I used milled flaxseed instead of egg. Couldn't tell at all.
I have an egg allergy so it is very difficult to do many dessert type stuff.......anyone have any good recipes?
I loved BushAdmirer site for the sweet potato fries!!

We have a bumper crop of Orient Pears on our tree this year. I was Googling for recipes that use fresh pears and found this Korean Sesame Grilled Beef with Asian Pear Dipping Sauce. www.cookstr.com/recipes/korean-sesame-grilled-beef-with-asian-pear-dipping-sauceThe recipe was a huge hit with our family and is sure to beome one of our regular 'go to' recipes. Tender beef strips are marinated in a Korean barbecue sauce and then quick grilled. We used a stovetop ribbed grill pan. The beef strips and then wrapped in a fresh lettuce leaf and dipped in a pear based dipping sauce. This recipe is guaranteed to please.
