I use Essential oils for everything.. I love them. A year ago I discovered Oils and tried a blend for Restless legs. I have had them for years. Since using the blend nightly I have not had one night with problems. They really do work. linkThere are 17 various blends in the link but this one works great for me PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL Peppermint essential oil has analgesic, antispasmodic and cooling properties. It's an excellent essential oil for restless leg syndrome because it is ideal for relieving muscle aches and pains. Remedies: As a massage rub: 2 drops peppermint essential oil 4 drops rosemary essential oil 4 drops black spruce essential oil 4 tsp carrier oil
