www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-43402506Everyone knows that most diplomats - particularly Russian ones - are spies. Frankly we have some Russian friends and they are worried that they might be on Putin's hit list!

Frankly I think that Theresa May has handled things well. She has not been hysterical, not rushed to judgement, been quiet and patient and then made her announcement.
Putin has reacted predictably and sadly so too has Corbyn. The idea of this deranged loon becoming Prime Minister really frightens me.
Even McDonnell has finally admitted that Putin has overstepped the mark.
Some of his own Shadow Cabinet are threatening to resign.
Merkel was quick to support us; Macron and Trump took a little longer but they got there in the end.
The worry is of course how badly things escalate.
Putin reminds me irresistibly of Hitler and Corbyn is increasingly impersonating Chamberlain.
We all know how that ended!

Yes she has done very well. I was glad to see Trump and Macron step up to back her as well. I didn't really have any doubt Trump would. What happens next should be very interesting.. Putin isn't stupid I don't think he will escalate it.. at least I hope not.
