Seems like the media is on a crusade to expose and punish powerful middle age and older men for hitting on beautiful young women long ago.
If you’re an older guy, sure do hope you never played a little grab ass at the office thirty or forty years ago. If so, those hoped for conquests may be talking to CNN this very minute. You could be in tomorrow’s news.
If you’re an older gal, perhaps you were once patted on the behind at the office thirty or forty years ago. Maybe a young guy even tried to get inside your panties. If so, perhaps you can now threaten to sue and extort millions. Think $$$.
Back then you probably thought it was just something that came with being attractive, and brushed those advances aside if you weren’t interested in the guy.
What are we learning from all this?
I think we’re learning that men have always wanted to get laid, especially in the company of attractive young women.
Who knew?
Maybe that’s one important reason why the human race continues to procreate and survive generation after generation.
So many marriages and lasting relationships began with an office romance. Now that it is considered abusive to make a pass at a coworker in the office, we’ll probably have fewer marriages.
Maybe getting patted on the ass isn’t the same thing as rape. I don’t think CNN knows that.

I don’t think CNN knows that. I have been grabbed and kissed and had my breast grabbed many times but never reported any of it. Times have changed, because men have not changed but are seemingly going overboard. Women are now demanding respect.

I think most of us girls have been chatted up - or more - by men at some point in our lives (especially when we're young and at our most attractive!)
But I think there's all the difference in the world between that and genuine sexual harassment to say nothing of worse.
Most men might come on to us but know not to push beyond a certain point.
It's also IMO quite flattering to be fancied by a bloke.
But there ARE boundaries and if they're crossed then that's unacceptable.
But frankly I've never minded men chatting me up.
As long as they respect my boundaries!

As long as they respect my boundaries! Very few women would mind being chatted up, it's when they assault you in a sexual manner that is the problem. As a teen I was waiting in line at a movie theatre in the evening, with my arms crossed behind my back, when a man behind me placed his erect penis into my hands. As soon as I realised what was happening, I withdrew my hands, too embarrassed to even turn around or cause a fuss of any kind. I pretended that it hadn't happened.

I think it is time for men to practise self control when chatting up women to whom they are attracted. Obvious sexual behaviour is no longer appreciated, it makes a woman think that he sees her as a slut. No woman wants that.!!!

the culture is slowly changing and that's a good thing. Maybe yes, maybe no. Primal instincts aren't changing.

I think women have to take some responsibility as well. With the sexual revolution comes responsibility. You want to show part of your ass wearing short shorts, or your breasts and nipples and see through leggings, then don't get upset when some guy thinks you look like a whore or hooker.
I think a lot of the cases in the work force need to be looked at each on their own. You can flirt but when one or the other person says stop, it needs to stop.

So what is supposed to happen when you are at the beach and wearing a bikini? Are you responsible for enticing a man so that he can rape you without a qualm. Com'on.!!!

I have heard that some men have been known to masturbate when looking at a woman even when she is unaware of this happening.

I was in my 50's coming home from shopping and carrying 4 bags of groceries when a fellow around thirtyish riding a bicycle with his erect penis on show. I was the only person in the street and he looked at me as he passed, as if to say isn't it a beauty, look what you're missing out on. I gave him a piece of my mind, no longer the naive teenager that I used to be.!!!

Sorry to disappoint you. I had just come off the bus carrying bags of groceries. He must have been following me and letting his imagination run riot. He passed me just before I reached my gate and there it was in all its glory, quite a size too, he must have been proud of it or he would not have been showing it. That's the reason I'm divorced, sex no longer interests me, so wishful thinking is non-existent
