According to other accounts of this killing the killer already knew the girlfriend was transgender and seemed to accept it at first at least.

Hi Bush Admirer, You have certainly surprised me. There is not such a thing as justifiable homicide in my book. There is absolutely no excuse for killing except if your own life is in danger and then only as a last resort. Are you one of the bloodthirsty members that we have on this forum, who are under the impression that it is okay to kill willynilly without a thought?
