Welcome, Daddyo! I see you like Grob's Attack!
It's actually very tricky to play against if you don't know it - I lost the first time I came up against it.

Hi and welcome Daddyo , for some reason you have picked an opponent who hasnt posted since 2012 and the one post he did make was spam ie he was promoting kitchen cabinets I suggest therefore that you choose another opponent , if you look below at the members online in the last 24 hours or even the recent posts tab , you will see which members still post on this forum.

Hi Gibby, if that was spam, it was harmless spam. IMO I don't see anything wrong in mixing business with pleasure. No doubt you gave him short shrift and sent him packing?

Why would anyone want a spammer on their forum? he/she is not a real poster they just come on and post their link and that's it! This is a discussion forum after all, members don't want to read spam.

Hi Gibby, his link was on his profile page so really wasn't in your face. Was he given the chance to contribute or was he banned immediately? As far as I can see he was providing a service and his email address was for anyone who wanted to contact him. That is innovative in my book.
