If the tie goes on to the end maybe we can decide things based on the outcome of a football/socceer, cricket or baseball game!
I'm not familiar with the UK sports, but i could easily find 2 evenly matched baseball teams and let the first MOM candidate, who responds pick which of the 2 teams they want to win for them and break a tie.

No, if it stays like this we'll have to have a run-off like we did the very first month we ran this competition.

There's nothing for it Lin: it will have to be a duel at dawn.
I shall invite Riotgrrl to be my second, because she can probably arm me with suitable weaponry to combat whatever Alpha produces from his inter-stellar warship.

Oh no. Alpha has Future Super Weapons, and all I have is a rough tongue and a quick wit . . . I fear we may be doomed Skylark!

If the tie continues much longer I shall offer to remove the vote I gave to myself and redistribute it fairly.

Don't be fooled by those floppy ears and sleepy eyes. It has killer jaws.

Beautiful puppy photos. My own dog was a stray and we were told he was probably about two , but he was just a baby really. I wish we had taken videos of him playing in the garden when we first had him, because having been impounded for five weeks he was just a bundle of energy. I'm always reminded of that Kipling poem; you know, the one that makes doggy people cry. Even you, Alpha - admit it. Here it is as a link, so you don't have to look if you want to stay dry-eyed. Power of the DogCongratulations to Alpha for winning this exciting contest. You're a clever and fun guy and an asset to any board.
