At this point, I would end up banned over there same as PTO so will leave it alone.
I firmly believe, if one supports dr inmates but starts reading stories of the victims, a conflict will eventually arise that needs resolution.
If not, then mental counseling is advised.

Hi Chefmate, Being anti-death penalty doesn't mean we support what death row inmates have done, only their right to life. It's got nothing to do with having less compassion for the victims or being torn between victims and murderers. My sympathy for victims remains strong despite my being against the D.P. No, I think you'd fit in well there actually.

No, I think you'd fit in well there actually. Being an anti didn't stop my husband getting banned from there! Of course it goes without saying that most people who oppose the death penalty, just like most who support it, don't hate prisoners. It also goes without saying that most people who support inmates rights or visit or penpal prisoners are neither pro-crime nor naive about the people they visit. Of course, there are always a few, just as there are some people - both pro and anti - who seem to hate prisoners. Most of us are a bit more sensible than that, though.
