www.thepowerofintroverts.com/quiet-quiz-are-you-an-introvert/doesn't take long only 12 questions and fairly painless. I came out E =extrovert the other results are I for introvert or E/I for a mixture of both. interesting.... post your results here.. E = Extrovert relish social life, and are energized by interacting with friends and strangers alike. You are assertive, go-getting, and able to seize the day. You're great at thinking on your feet, and are relatively comfortable with conflict. You are actively engaged in the world around you, and are at your best when you tap into its energy. Why does it matter where you fall on the introvert-extrovert spectrum? Because introversion and extroversion are at the heart of human nature. And when you make life choices that are congruent with your temperament, you unleash vast stores of energy. Conversely, when you spend too much time battling your own nature, the opposite happens—you deplete yourself. Too many people live lives that don't suit them—introverts with frenetic social schedules, extroverts with jobs that require them to sit in front of their computers for hours at a stretch. We all have to do things that don't come naturally—some of the time. But it shouldn't be all the time. It shouldn't even be most of the time. (Remember, though, that no one is all introvert or all extrovert. Introverts attend wild parties, and extroverts curl up with their favorite books. As the psychologist Carl Jung put it, "There is no such thing as a pure extrovert or a pure introvert. Such a man would be in the lunatic asylum.")

It says I'm an introvert, but I'm definitely a mix of both..

I get along well with people and have good leadership skills. However, I'd say I lean a bit toward the introvert side since I don't enjoy scenes like a cocktail party where I'm trying to make small talk with strangers. I'd pay more to stay home than I would to go to an opera or a symphony.

Apparently I'm an introvert though with three or four questions I could have answered either way and would have preferred a third option to be on the table.
But I suppose I might be slightly more introverted than extraverted but I find most of us are a mixture of both.
Only very unusual people would be totally one or the other I think.

I didn't think it was a very good quiz. For example, one of the questions asked whether you valued wealth, fame, and status more than your peers. That's an ambiguous question. I would say yes to wealth but no to fame and status.

I'd say no to all three because I value people more than things. But some of the questions it was hard to decide which way to answer.

I would say yes to wealth but no to fame and status. Yes, that was another silly one; I haven't a clue how much my "peers" value those things.

The test also describes me as an extrovert. I suppose I'm close to being an ambivert! I went through a shy phase in early adolescence and I feel as a result of my experiences that being introverted is a diadvantage.
