My favorite song of his. It has a BEAUTIFUL message! ;D Yes, he doesn't have the best voice, but that doesn't bother me in the least. ;D I love his and McCartney's solo work the most compared to that of Lennon and Harrison. I'm not a particular fan of Jerry Reed. Don't know much of his music. But I couldn't agree with you more. This is Ringo's best song and I also far liked his and McCartney's solo work than I did Lennon or Harrison. Having said that, however, I'm pretty certain It Don't Come Easy was actually written by Harrison. I really like this one by Wings. It makes no sense whatsoever but I enjoy it.

I'll post one more. This another Wings song I really like.
Check out all the long haired chicks in the audience. Groooovy!
I wonder if this one was intended for the Beatles but hidden away once the band started to disintegrate.

I cn't find a decent Jim Croce version of this on line. So I'll go with Campbell. Great song. That's sad there's no good version on YouTube of Croce's! THANK YOU for this! I've never heard it before. It's great, but Croce's version is my favorite.

Hopefully, you'll like this 1 as you also like Classical Gas.

Sweet pumpkin. Thanks for the Reed number. He plays well. I like good acoustic guitar.
How about a complete turn around? Do you like Alice? This is a rocker of a clip. Decent song too.

Dear gabriel, I'm going to post the Harrison version of It Don't Come Easy for you. I like Ringo's version more, but Harrison's is still great. I LOVE Live and Let Die, thanks! I remember in grade school riding my bike and "playing" it in my head! Before I had a tape recorder I did this (and there also weren't Walkmans yet) and it was fun also. But, I have to admit, it was MORE fun when Walkmans came in and I was also able to bring my tape recorder to school to listen to in between classes. ;D

Sigh...McCartney is 1 of the best-looking men who's ever lived. ;D Thanks for this as it's 1 of my favorite love songs of all time. It's too bad we never got to hear it from the Beatles.

Yes, I love all of Alice's stuff I've heard so far EXCEPT for "Welcome to my Nightmare". This is a good 1 also, thanks! Are you like me in NOT getting how people took seriously the stuff he used to do on stage? You know the people saying he was really evil and he meant to use the snakes, etc., to scare and indoctrinate people?

Dear gabriel, check it out. The information at the top of the page is interesting about how Harrison really did write this. This is a great video also and I love the pictures/footage of the very talented, sexy Harrison. He was also a very spiritual man which I greatly admire in anyone. ;D

Hey pumpkin. Thanks for the Alice. And the George. (I still like Ringo's version better too). I don't believe any of that BS about Alice. He was putting on a show because he's part showman, part rock star. I think Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan (or her parents) are probably more evil than Alice. Here's a classic from the end of '86. Aus band Pseudo Echo's cover of Funkytown.

I think Lohan's parents (especially her Mother) are a sad disgrace along with Paris Hilton ( : . Hilton gives "shallow" a new meaning unfortunately. Anyway, thanks for this 1! I love it! I've never heard it and the only other versions I knew were the original plus the 1 by Selena (which I also love). This ROCKS! Thanks again.

Well, I'm glad you enjoyed the Doobs and Elton. Black Water is sweet. And Pseudo Echo - well, I'm not surprised you've never heard of them but I like their F Town the best. You know, the 1st album I ever bought was Elton John's Greatest Hits (Vol 1). With my pocket money. I didn't get much pocket money and albums weren't that expensive. I still have it. The album, not the pocket money. Played I couldn't tell you how many times over the years but not scratched. Still in almost pristine condition. Anyway, from '73. Enjoy.
