Autumn Pasquale, 12 Years Old Forvever! These creeps who murdered 12 year Autumn Pasquale should never walk the streets again! www.cbsnews.com/8301-504083_162-57541351-504083/autumn-pasquale-case-brothers-accused-of-killing-n.j-girl-remain-held/ QUOTE: Autumn Pasquale case: Brothers accused of killing N.J. girl remain heldOctober 26, 2012 (CBS/AP) WOODBURY, N.J. - Two teenage brothers accused in the killing of 12-year-old New Jersey girl Autumn Pasquale were ordered Friday to remain in a juvenile detention center. Pictures: Body of missing NJ girl found Friday's detention hearing was the first court appearance for the teens since they were arrested Tuesday and charged with murdering Pasquale, who disappeared in her hometown of Clayton on Oct. 20. Assistant Gloucester County Prosecutor Michelle Jeneby said after the hearing in family court that both boys were ordered to be detained until their next appearance, scheduled for Nov. 16. Because they are juveniles, authorities have not released the names of the brothers, who are 15 and 17. Jeneby said her office intends to file papers to have the case moved to adult court. She said she did not expect the matter to be resolved for at least several weeks after that motion is made. Authorities say the younger boy lured Autumn to their home to trade BMX bike parts last Saturday. She was last seen alive around 12:30 p.m. that day. Her family reported her missing nine hours later, after she missed her 8 p.m. curfew. Her body was found Monday in a recycling bin behind a vacant house next door to where the suspects live. Paul Spadofora, a great uncle of the girl who was serving as family spokesman, had criticized the law enforcement response. But by Friday, the girls' parents and their spouses had hired lawyer Jaime Kaigh. Kaigh, a criminal defense lawyer, said he was brought in to help the family deal with the case. He said Friday that he believed the prosecutor's office handled the search and its aftermath appropriately.

I doubt that this civil lawsuit will go very far. If it does parents of murderers may face similar civil lawsuits. It shouldn't be forgotten that the mother of the murderer called police after her son posted a message on social media bragging about the murder. This should show that she opposed her son's criminal actions.
It's an outrage though that the murderer only got a 17 year sentence.www.nydailynews.com/news/crime/autumn-pasquale-dad-blames-killer-parents-raising-murderer-article-1.1474533 QUOTE: Autumn Pasquale’s dad files lawsuit against her killer’s parents: If you raise a murderer, you’re going to pay Justin Robinson, the Clayton, N.J., teen who murdered Autumn Pasquale, is serving a 17-year prison sentence. Dad Anthony Pasquale has filed a civil lawsuit against Robinson's parents, Anita Saunders and Alonzo Robinson, saying they were negligent in raising their son. Autumn Pasquale’s father is lashing out against the parents of the teen who killed his daughter. Grieving dad Anthony Pasquale has filed a civil lawsuit against Anita Saunders and Alonzo Robinson, the parents of convicted murderer Justin Robinson, claiming they should have done a better job raising their son. "If you're going to raise a murderer, you're going to take responsibility for it," Kathleen Bonczyk, Anthony Pasquale's attorney, told the South Jersey Times. Pasquale claimed that Justin’s parents should have realized that their child “posed a risk to third parties” and needed to be treated for emotional, psychological and neurodevelopmental problems after witnessing domestic abuse in his home. His older brother, Dante, 18, was charged with murder, but later released from a correctional facility after pleading guilty to obstructing justice. In his guilty plea, Justin took full responsibility for the murder. And it was Justin’s mom, Anita Saunders, who called the cops on her son after noticing a strange post on the boy’s Facebook. But that’s not enough for Autumn’s heartbroken father. He filed one count of negligent supervision against the parents and another count of wrongful death in Gloucester County's Superior Court on Sept. 23. "Saunders had a duty to reasonably supervise the actions of her son ... [and] could reasonably have foreseen that without proper treatment and proper supervision that her son, defendant J. Robinson, posed a risk to third parties," the lawsuit said. Autumn’s dad is reportedly seeking compensation for the pain and suffering he had to endure, as well as for the child’s funeral and burial expenses. Attorney Bonczyk said that her client wanted to raise awareness and answer the family’s questions about what happened to Autumn. "Our objective is to depose all of these defendants, to sit across from [Justin] in jail and say, 'what happened that day?' To ask Anita Saunders, 'what happened that day? ... and how they raised Justin, his control and supervision," Bonczyk said. The lawyer also hopes that the suit will catch the attention of lawmakers and possibly encourage a law that would hold the parents of juvenile offenders liable in criminal court. "It's not the community, it's not the school. It's not the police department's primary responsibility to control your bad kids," Bonczyk said. "These kids were able to run wild in Clayton with little to no supervision by either of their parents, and raised in a way that is irresponsible. You need to take responsibility."
