No.....this person just seems to want some type of guarantee or something....I've already told him if he doesn't like our product after trying we will give him his money back......I talked to the guy that referred him to us and he seems to do the same to him non-stop also!! But.....I haven't gotten one so far today......(let me knock on wood!!!)............so I'm hoping I've been firm enough and explicit enough!!! Ugh!!!!

Aaaw!  He sounds like a nut job! ..You might just have run into a bit of mental illness there. I suppose you could block him from your mail. Or maybe that wouldn't be good for business? Well, the other choice is tell him that's all you can tell him and then ignore him till he gets tired. Sorry you're having so much trouble there. |

Well, I'm listening to this:
and I've been catching up on some...letter-writing I'll just call it. In a week I'll have to stop everything and do another magazine, and in the meantime I have some stuff I want to get done. I'm more determined than ever to build an income source online...but that takes some college level studying plus a lot of hard work to get done. Well, that's where I'm headed.
I will be glad when the election is over. It's a source of great consternation.
Outside fall is happening. This is New England, people come from far away to look at mountains covered with fiery colored leaves as they change. We watch the line move downward on the weather map, this time of year, as the area of "peak foliage" moves from north to south.
The line is right overhead now. I'm in southern Massachusetts (lol, I'm a "southerner" ;D )

Wow, I finally made it back. My hard drive went and left me puterless. I finally got a new hard drive and have it installed but have lost all info on the previous hard drive. Well for now anyway. I'm not sure I'll be able to retrieve any of it but . . . That'll learn me not to back up my info! *sigh*
I'm slowing finding my way back to all the boards I had stored in favorites.

Great to see you back, Sunshine! I know what it's like when your hard drive dies on you. The first time it happened I lost masses of stuff because I hadn't bothered to back it up first.

I miss lol cats!  (I ran out of new ones, it had to happen some time!) Today, I'm thinking about game threads. What would you guys think of a thread where weekly I give you a person, place or thing to totally rip on (all in fun of course), called "Let's Trash Something!" ? Or do you think that would just be in bad taste? |

I know our membership isn't all just in England, we have Americans here, an Australian, etc...so ideas of what could appeal to all, would be great (like Kim Kardashian's butt might be recognized by all  Well, that is, it's big enough to be seen all over the world  ;D em, but anyway, yea... personalities from life - we could use some suggestions there. But we can also trash things -ideas of things you find comically hateful? (yes, the idea is to trash it, but for laughs, not for meanness in general.) And I've seen whole countries used as a subject (all in fun, and we thank them and play their national anthem at the end of course). So could be a country, or a tourist location, etc.. Ideas?? |

Hurricane Sandy will arrive where I am at 11:00 AM Eastern. We've declared a state of emergency here (Massachusetts) and the National Guard is on stand by. People in Boston have been told not to go to work tomorrow. I understand they'd rather err on the side of safety, but really, all we're going to get here is a good flooding rain with some wind. We're not where the storm is set to land.

You're in my thoughts, hunny. You're actually not that far from where I am in NB. Keeping fingers crossed for both of us, in that it veers off or lessons in strength by the time it gets here.
Looks like it's heading more West. Ontario and Quebec will be hit harder than us in NB.

You'll be ok, Deyana. Put some water in containers, in case the power goes off for a couple days.. (tip: don't store water that way for any length of time. Standing water grows things - but a week is ok) Me, well, we could lose the electricity is all I'm worried about. We lost it for 5 days last time, so if I disappear, don't worry, I'll just be cleaning my house to keep busy till the power comes back on. (My phone wont let me post at any sites, so I wouldn't be able to be here during an outage, but I could see a facebook message and possibly respond to that  |

Thinking of you, hunny. Hope you are doing okay... Right now it's blustery and rainy outside. My dog went out and she's been a while. I'll have to go looking for her soon. The electricity could go out at any time right now. So far, so good. I know it hasn't really got here yet. will have to wait and see what happens. Bought some extra provision in town today. |

I will definitely be thinking of all of you.........some of the news shots of the stuff going on all day today have been pretty wild already!!!
We had a nasty cold front come in late last week.....but it's already warming back up........but then I think another one blows thru this weekend again......I really need to finish up some painting outside......Mother Nature is just trying to make it miserable.

Hope everyone in areas affected by the storm is OK. Saw the news and heard that at least 16 people had died and New York in particular was pretty badly affected.

Well, as happens sometimes, the TV and the officials barraged us with non-stop warnings to batten down the hatches and take it seriously - a disaster is coming, they said - and we got................. almost nothing! a little rain, a little wind, that's all. It was over after about 6 or 8 hours (they said it would be 36 solid hours of wind and floods and wondering if we're still in Kansas). Not that I'm complaining, it's great I didn't lose power -yay. But I do wonder how folks on the coast made out. It was probably a whole different story there (I'm 50 miles inland, as the crow flies..) I'll have to head over to SunnyDS and see. There's two guys who live on the coast I gotta check on.. But we're all good here |
