Bits and Pieces MAGAZINE
is looking for contributors. If you have any kind of urge to share your art, writing, humor, insight, inspiration -whatever you have to contribute- we'll print it. Even if you just want to find us some good filler material (fun facts, jokes, pictures, stories, great things you saw on the internet, anything that seems interesting). Submissions are subject to approval, but we're easy, it's your magazine! Mail your contributions to me. |

We are thinking of reviving our magazine 'Bits and Pieces.' When the wonderful Hunny was still with us she did a sterling job as editor.
Sadly she and Sadie are gone - as is Anna - so Lin and I will have to be the new editors and try to do our untechie best to make the project a success.
We will not be remotely capable of producing a monthly magazine as Hunny did but perhaps quarterly might be a realistic goal.
If anyone is interested in contributing or helping in any other way we would be grateful.
'Bits and Pieces' was e-mailed to all members of the forum and did seem to revive interest among lapsed members!

She was a very kind, cheerful and humorous person. We often disagreed but always respected and liked one another.

To return to the theme of this particular thread.
We invite contributions - pictures, jokes, sayings, stories, articles, music and so on - from members.
Our range is wide - politics, philosophy, travel, fun, more or less anything that people find interesting!
Our goal is perhaps to make it a quarterly magazine but we will see how the next issue pans out.
In the meantime please send any contributions to either Lin or me and we will consider them for publication!

Previous issues we've always had a member interview.
If anyone would like to volunteer to be interviewed that would be great.
Of course we'd give you the questions in advance!

So far I've written a piece plus posted a poem; Mike's written a piece and so has Donna.
Other features we want are a 'pictures' section and a member interview.
Plus anything else members feel like contributing.
