The BBC posted an article stating that Mondays being the worst day of the week is a myth. I disagree. The notion of Mondays sucking comes from the fact that people (younger people anyway) "party" or go out on friday and saturday nights, or at the very least they stay up later than they do on weekdays, and as a result, on Monday they are exhausted from their hangover or from not just going to bed on time every night without interruption. Still others miss sleep all week, hoping to make up for it on the weekend, but then they live hard on those two days trying to get work done at home or just to have a life other than work. Then they go back to work on Monday with a fuzzy feeling from it all. If you don't want Mondays to suck, the point is, sleep 8 hours every night, in the same time slot. It's boring. It's what old people do. But you'll feel great, and in the long run you wont end up with eye bags. THE BBC PIECE...

As a schoolgirl I used to wake up on Mondays with a sick feeling. I always had my eight hours sleep and promise you that I never partied or drank (well, not much). It was just the thought of a whole week of school that gave me the feeling, and it did get better as the week went on.
