I remember seeing a programme about this guy a year or two ago. He's obviously barking mad but from a libertarian point of view I have got some sympathy for him though of course he takes it to extremes and makes a nuisance of himself.

I can't help thinking though whether sending this bloke to prison is really a) the right way to deal with his obvious mental problems; b) a sensible use of public money and prison space.
