If you haven't read "Calvin & Hobbes" then a short introduction may be in order.
Calvin is a 6 year old boy with all the attitude and imagination you'd want from a 6 year old boy, and Hobbes is his toy tiger. At least, he presents himself as a toy when parents are around but Calvin - and we - understand things a bit better than silly old parents.
If you already know Calvin & Hobbes, then I presume you must be a fan.
If you're not already a fan, then I hope you will try the comic strip for a couple of weeks - once you get the bug, it's there for life.

I like the past and future Calvins. Oh, how I remember those "must get on and do my homework" times....if I'd just have got on with it , the evenings and weekends would have been much more fun.
