You know the worst thing one can do for themself if they feel down is to listen to sad music. It will make you feel terribly depressed. I do hope all is ok. Stop by if you want to talk.

To try and stay with the topic of the thread... This song may or may not be particularly sad, but it reduces me to tears to hear it because I loved, and then I lost that love, and this seemed to be the soundtrack...
(Honestly I can't listen to it, or I'll lose it. It takes a long time for the pain of loss to stop coming back. I was taught that's why it's important to grieve, important to get feeling the grief done. So it won't haunt you. So it can be the thing to do to wallow in it for a bit.
