Sandra Cruz-Francisco was last seen in the Plant City Health Department clinic, authorities said. The girl's mother, Rosa Sirilo-Francisco, said that Sandra was taken by a Hispanic woman named "Janet," who her that she could help them avoid deportation, the Tribune reported. Police said Sandra's mother handed the infant to the other woman after the two had a conversation, but then the woman fled with the child. "Janet" is described as a Hispanic or possibly white female, about 30-years-old, approximately 5' 10" with a thin build, detectives said. She has blue eyes, shoulder length black hair, and was last seen wearing blue denim jeans, black long sleeve shirt and white tennis shoes, MyFOXTampaBay.com reported. Police told the Tribune that they are looking for 30-year-old Amaila Tabata Pereira to question in the case. Sandra is 22 inches tall, weighs 10 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes and was dressed all in pink. The two may be traveling to Miami in a small four-door blue Chrysler.
