Britney Spears, who performs at Miami’s AmericanAirlines Arena Friday, has been accused of sexual harassment by her former bodyguard, Fernando Flores. He worked for her back in September but quit when he caught wind of her walking around naked and acting oddly. Didn’t he know what he signed up for? Jeez.

In newly released court records, Flores accuses Spears of being “unkempt” and having bad personal hygiene.

The plaintiff also added that she cursed a lot and acted generally “mentally unstable.’’
