A man was coaching his daughter's High School Cross Country team

During preparaions for a meet The coach told his daughter as well as the other team members How important it was to breathe through their diaphragm

When the time came for the meet The Coaches' daughter ran out in a blinding sprint only being followed by 2 male members of the opposing team

As the young lady ran past her coach(father) he yelled out to her "Hey Don't forget your diaphragm"!!

You may have to think about that a bit to get the punch line
