We don't often do parties, so these are get-together snacks as well. Our weekend guests brought various yummies to nibble during Super Bowl. I asked for recipes and was promised I'd be getting them in email. One came today, so I'll post it here along with one I've used before and liked. Please add your favorites to the list.

I got this recipe from a friend of mine whose family is from India:
Tandoori Chicken Kebabs
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes 2/3 cup plain yogurt 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 1/2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp salt 1 T white vinegar 4 drops red food coloring lemon wedges & sliced white onions
Mix yogurt, spices, vinegar and food coloring together and pour over chicken cubes. Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Thread chicken cubes onto wooden skewers that have been soaked in water. Brush with marinade and spray with cooking spray. Roast in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Rotate and cook for another 10 minutes until chicken is tender (you can also grill these on the grill). Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with lemon wedges and sliced white onions.
