Close as usual but our new member of the month is Chips.
He's a great poster and a great asset to the board and a lovely bloke!
As well as the title you also get 10 extra karma points by way of thank you.
Well done!

Thank you all.
WoW what a nice ending to the really bad week I've just had, you must have known I needed a lift in my spirits.
I have little energy left these days, health issues and age are working against me, even my hands have developed an heredity problem making it difficult to type with the lightening speed of my youth. Although it was with some hesitation I joined this board, I'm glad that I did.
It's run in a relaxed style by the Admin. moderators and the members that are welcoming, friendly and make their points in 'discussions' which all work to produce a successful board.
So thank you all for the honour you have bestowed upon me and your acceptance of me joining the family.
Blue Skies and Gentle Winds

A belated "well done and well deserved" from me.
I'm sorry about your health problems but thank goodness for the internet, proboards and of course BOTBOT .
That acronym doesn't look quite right, now I can see it on the page!

That acronym doesn't look quite right, now I can see it on the page! LOL.. Thanks skylark 'BOTBOT' sounds good to me. The health problems are all part of aging and are to be expected and I've learned to cope with them, the hand problem really caught me out though The condition only affects those of Nordic descent which makes sense when my surname is a danish word for 'Village with a Spring', so I guess some ancestor was a Viking invader of North east England. The problem appears in later life, I was 50 when it first hit me and has got worse over the years, the tendons shorten pulling the fingers into the palm of the hands, my ancestor must have spent a lot of time rowing.
