What cracked me up was the cops saying they don't yet know if the glue was put there intentionally. LOL Yikes. (Do people actually sit on those public seats??? I mean... maybe she shouldn't have been able to get into such a predicament. And here is yet another reason why not to!! "Hey can ya' spare a square?" No, she's like "Hey, I'm stuck here!" "Whaddya' mean you're stuck? Ew" "I'm stuck!! To the seat!!" "Really, Madam!" Oh, I suppose I shouldnt laugh ....I wonder what they had to do to unstick her? Did they call the Fire Department? What's the procedure for this?

The video raises the same question I have. Doesn't superglue dry quickly? If this was a prank then the lady was probably waiting to use the toilet and saw the perpetrator leave. A man was superglued to a Walmart toilet in Maryland about a year ago! Story on that case on link: www.digtriad.com/news/local/story.aspx?storyid=170253 www.digtriad.com/news/watercooler/article/232940/176/Woman-Super-Glued-To-Toilet-Seat-In-Walmart QUOTE: Woman Super Glued To Toilet Seat In Kentucky WalmartWritten by WFMY News 2 Monticello, KY-- Imagine going to the restroom in a retail store and then finding yourself unable to 'get up' from the toilet. Think what you will, but a woman visiting a Walmart found herself in that situation. Police in Monticello, KY told WLEX TV that the woman went to use the bathroom and she got stuck to a toilet seat. How the heck did that happent? Investigators said the seat was covered in Super Glue. Ralph Miniard, Chief of Police, told the station it took nearly an hour to free the woman. He said officers are investigating the incident. Chief Miniard said he's not ready to say yet whether it was an accident, prank or intentional. Paramedics were on hand to help pull the woman off the seat. She was taken to a nearby hospital to be checked out. Checkout the story on Lex18.com

Super glue does dry quickly....I really wouldn't be surprised if the woman didn't put it there herself. Anything for a lawsuit and a quick dime these days. Most of the time they will offer you $10 or $20 thousand to just go away. Costs them more than that to go to court.

Yup....ten to twenty thousand to just go away. Would think that after paying a bunch of those it would add up and they would realize they are just encouraging nuisance suits....but supposedly parking a bunch of lawyers in the court room costs more than that......
