I really can't buy the idea that it's going to be a walkover for the Brits. Yes, Australia ARE a side in decline but they still have world class players.
England's bowling is either brilliant or awful; our batting is about as secure as a paper towel; and in front of the home crowd I expect a close contest.
My hope? A 2-1 series victory for England.
My fear? An easy series win for Australia.

All ready for the Gabba. It's booked out not with Poms, I'm pleased to say but with locals. Your economy really is in a bad way if the barmy army can't afford to travel.
Look, I think it's all newspaper hype at the moment. The Courier Mail (Brisbane) had a double section on all the players and their bios today. The back 3 to 4 pages have been full of woes for both sides for the last week.
Honestly, I don't know. I think Aus is back to the rebuilding stage as we were in the 80's. And again it's the same old story. Stick with the blokes who produce, and ignore and don't nurture the young blood coming up. I mean, Ponting is old at 35? Gimme a break but..for a sportsman yes. However, I point out the Don was somewhat aged as well.
Anyway, I can tell you it's a sticky wicket. El Nino has buggered off and been replaced by El Nina. We've had record rains - considering we've been in a drought for the last 15 years that's saying something.
It's been raining and the forcast is for more rain. Hope your spinners are up to scratch cause I reckon you're gonna need them.
Cheers
