Smartomatic voting machines have allegedly changed votes from Donald Trump to Hillary. It's recommernded to use a paper ballot in states that use the smartomatic. beforeitsnews.com/blogging-citizen-journalism/2016/10/early-voting-horror-voting-machines-changing-trump-votes-to-clinton-in-multiple-states-2551651.html?replytocom=266236 Early Voting Horror: Voting Machines Changing Trump Votes to Clinton In Multiple StatesEarly voting for the 2016 election started today (Monday, October 24th). The people of Potter and Randall County are taking this opportunity to skip the long lines that always file out of the voting locations on Election Day. It’s common to see pictures of the “I Voted!” stickers on social media. It’s not as common to see the stories I’ve been seeing today. Two voters from Canyon posted the experience they had while voting. Apparently, when these voters chose the straight Republican option, the ballot selected Clinton/Kaine instead of Trump/Pence.

We have a great, non-centralized voting system. The RNC was put on probation many years ago for voter intimidation. Trump just screams things because he does not want to be seen as being "a loser." He's a loser.

No I disagree ariel . It's the American way to distrust the people in power and "authority" in general. If the technology exists to manipulate results we can expect it will be used if someone in power wishes to do so.

It happens that we have a very good, decentralized voting system, and we have never had a problem with voter fraud.

It happens that we have a very good, decentralized voting system, and we have never had a problem with voter fraud. Illegal aliens vote in the US and allegedly Obama himself recruited them while he was with "Acorn". Voting fraud does exist. I certainly hope that votes aren't altered in this election, but having blind faith that such manipulations are impossible would only encourage anyone who would benefit from such fraud and had the possibility to get away with it.
DTA! Don't trust anyone....much less a government that gave it's economy to international Globalist bankers in 1913.

I suppose if there was electoral fraud it would be open to both parties to do it really.
Electoral fraud is certainly possible however you do it as it will always involve humans somewhere along the lines.
I guess you just have to have lots of observers from both parties overseeing it but even then fraud is possible.
Do they use computerised systems these days?
That would be even worse I think, the more old fashioned the system the better.
I guess because of the electoral collage you only really have to keep and eye on a dozen or so states.

What about Weiner's laptop? Do you think he has nude pictures of Hillary on there? No wonder she deleted her email server.

Yeah, I think its worse. Having taken computer programming, I understand how easy it is to write software to steal votes from one or more candidates and give them to someone else. Same thing with software that counts or read votes.

I think there are real problem with electronic system you really need a physical paper trail, not an electronic trail as that can easily be changed. Anyone can hack a computer and modify the data, it is not transparent enough.

There is no evidence of fraud (maybe back when Tammany Hall was in power.)

It was never proven and President Obama won anyway. More questionable is when invested courts and officials decide the outcome, as in Bush v. Gore.

Never heard of Tammany Hall before but read a bit on wikipedia and it seems quite interesting.
I suppose so long you have the paper ballots to fall back on for recounts there is not too much of a problem.
I guess both machines and people can be tampered with so really you need human oversight from all parties to check all is above board.
