Parkinsons is a terrible disease. They have drugs that can manage it in the early stages but their effectiveness declines over time. Ali has had the disease for thirty years. That's a very long time.
It is a brain disease that progressively debilitates physical coordination and mobility. What many don't know, is that dementia often accompanies physical symptoms.
