It's so easy to be good in prison. Most drug addicts don't reuse until they get out of rehab............

She thinks he's a reformed character and that if he was ever released he'd never reoffend. So what you're saying Lin, is that gullibility is her strong suit? If you were to ask every single death row inmate if they'd ever reoffend should they be released, you would no doubt find 100% of them answering "NO". However, statistics gathered over time on released killers suggest otherwise. I'd rather say that she is overflowing with compassion and even if IMO it might be misplaced ( I don't think I could fall in love with a death row inmate myself) it's that side of her that makes her big heart want to reach out to these people and feel affection towards them. But there are murderers and murderers - I can imagine circumstances in which someone might kill but I could maybe find some sort of justification for their actions though overall I find most murders inexcusable. But a one-size fits all mentality to justice worries me. I've clashed a lot with my fellow-pros on that issue in the past.

Almost all of the murderers on death row claim they didn't do it, they were framed, they'll behave if released, etc, etc.
These women buy into their line of BS. It shows amazing gullibility.
I find it hard to imagine having romantic compassionate feelings toward a convicted murderer. Suppose Jodi Arias was available and comes on to me. If I were trying to make love to her I'd have a hard time not thinking about her previous lover with his throat cut from ear to ear. If I were to make love to her I'd want to have a knife in one hand and a gun in the other. That might somewhat dull the ecstasy of the moment, don't you think?
