The report I read said she couldn't have been on the toilet when hit but was probably cowering in a corner! The media coverage of this has really got out of hand. that's wrong right there, how would any one know she was cowering in the corner unless they had witnessed it!!! or how would they know she was on the toilet!!! when the police arrived Oscar was with her. To be fair on the report I read, it wasn't repeating it as a fact, but as a quote from a prosecution witness who claimed that the way the bullet entered the body after going through the door meant she had been hunched up in a corner. No doubt the defence will dispute this.

the media coverage on this is the typical misinformation and bias it always is We don't get so much of that in the UK because of our strict sub judice laws. There is no need for such restrictions in South Africa because there is no jury to prejudice before the trial.

I'm not sure that story is trustworthy. No doubt we will get the result of the autopsy soon.
Oh OK -that was from the autopsy...but so far as I can see all it revealed was that Reeva had a fractured skull, not how it was caused.
