I wish I'd known Joe Walsh music before he became part of the Eagles. He's probably a very good guitar player, but, to me, he became the clown of the group and I never cared much for him. digging deep

2 from the same concert - Germany '77 - the original little feat - 2 years before Lowell George died - at their peak.

I've never heard either of those last two. Nice to listen and learn. Jackie was probably the Michael Jackson of his generation. Can't decide between these two. I'm not sure what is going on with youtube, but these videos look huge, especially on close ups. AH, how are you getting the smaller embeds?

Nice Jackie!
If you've never come across "Music inspired by the Snow Goose" do check it out, beth. Here's a couple of tasters, hope you like them.
From the album...
Live with orchestra!

Really beautiful, fret. The music reminds me a bit of Mannheim Steamroller's Fresh Aire selections but these are even better. How much difference would there be (quality wise) in the cd released in 2002 (11.00) and the one released in '09 (30.00). Going to wait a day or so to put up another video because these deserve to stay in the spotlight.

I have to confess I am a die-hard vinyl man, beth. There's something - a warmth - in analogue that digital cannot capture. I'd have to hear them both to decide. There, stuck on the fence as ever!!!

Fretters, you should try and audition some valve based Amp/CD player combos, I believe they are very warm/smooth.
Beth, is your youtube problem sorted now? I can't see any difference between your vids and mine.

Helluva group, imo. rip Brad

Quad is my amp of choice for stereo, closely followed by Linn.
