Trubble, I don't know. Are you saying that a doctor would never prescribe a fertility drug (which is what I suspect occurred) without the male partner's consent? I hope this is the case.
Obviously he knew he was having sex, which always runs the risk of accidental pregnancy, however careful you think you are. Tht in my opinion is not the same as running the risk that your partner will go off and take steps to conceive.
(Shall I start a new thread on this do you think, as it raises diffferent issues?)

I'll do that, with a hypothetical case because we don't know the facts in this one - I'm just speculating.
