www.ecb.co.uk/stats/fixtures-results/score-card.html?Pfixture=com.othermedia.ecb.stats.Fixture-L-15466England recovered well from the disastrous start that could have led to them losing the Second Test. They were helped by some rather questionable umpiring decisions which in total could have led to them scoring around 150 runs fewer than they managed. It's certainly a surprise that a player as limited as Tim Bresnan was able to score 74 runs which I think is his highest score in Test cricket. The odds are on a draw but the unpredictability of both teams in terms of their bowlers and batsmen makes a result a distinct possibility. Of course, Bangladesh are the lowest ranked team in Test cricket so anything less than a win for England would be a bit of an embarrassment but our lot seem to love flirting with danger and trying suicidal strokes when they don't have to so who knows?

I'm sorry lin but the concept of a test with Bangladesh is beyond me.
But, if they get coaching and experience and money from Indian bookies, they could indeed improve. Sorry to sound so negative but anything from the sub-continent just smells. And why the hell England would be there playing a 'test' is beyond me.
Travel a bit further south. The pup has finished stunning everyone in NZ (not a lot there to work with).
Questionable ump decisions? Why not just let the all seeing magic eye decide everything? I hate that concept but in places like Bangles it could well be a blessing in disguise.

Well, I'd rather we were playing a better team but you have to play what the ICC tells you to play which right now is Bangladesh, the bottom ranked Test nation in the world and beaten twice already by the non-Test nation Ireland.
I guess the trouble is that there's enough money in a tour to keep the bookies in India happy so as long as that stays the same teams like England and even Australia and South Africa will occasionally have to play against them!

Stop complaining, I can't get to see cricket here in France. Murdoch does not allow it.
