_________ HOW TO PLAY: EACH WEDNESDAY, I'll give you a word that's so unusual, no one will actually know what it means. We each have to invent a definition for it, just byhow it sounds. Try to make a convincing definition, because we'll vote on which is the right answer, and you get points for fooling people into voting for you. Playing this game online requires we use the honor system. You could cheat (look up the word, vote for yourself), but thatwould take the fun out of it, so we all agree not to..right? Try this game! It's fun, and it can be quite funny! ____________________________________________TO PLAY:1 - Write a convincing definition for this week's word.(Joke answers are ok and eligible to win if you get enough votes )2 - Then vote in the poll which answer is the real definition(One person has been given it, to submit.)DO NOT LOOK UP THE DEFINITION.DO NOT VOTE FOR YOUR OWN ANSWER--> Polling begins on Sundays.3 - Winner announced and new word given on Wednesdays.____________________________________________We'll play this weekly all month. Each week's game you win, wins you 1 point in the month's contest (click for scores).****************************************************************** THIS WEEK'S WORD:misology******************************************************************

Well, I'm confused. Sadie and I voted for different definitions; we can't both be right!
I think mine was the wrong one.

Shhhhh.........I got points...........let's not question it!!! Well, we only had two voters, so there wasn't sufficient chance for anyone to win properly, so I called it a tie among all who played

Well, I'm confused. Sadie and I voted for different definitions; we can't both be right! I think mine was the wrong one. Two of the answers were correct (isn't supposed to happen, but it can). Both Lin and Mike defined 'misology' correctly. So that's how you both got credit. And of course as I explained to Sadie here, when there wasn't enough voters for anyone to win properly , I just called it a tie, to be fair. How it works out is it's a wash, however the four of you just advanced a point towards Lin's high score (she' in first place)(in the contest score )
